Position Overview:
We are looking for full-time Customer Care Agents to join our team. You will be responsible for managing live chats and supporting our new feature for live calls, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This is a remote position with dynamic shifts, allowing you to work flexibly from Lebanon or the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer support via live chat and live calls.
- Assist customers with eSIM installation and usage.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer support processes.
- Stay informed about Simly's products and services to provide accurate assistance.

Qualifications:

- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer care or a related field.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic shifts.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
